About Tiny's Tool
About Tiny's Tool and its maintainer
Tiny's Tool is maintained by one independent developer using the pseudonym Tiny. It brings common JSON, HTML, SQL, XML, and text-processing tasks into an interface that does not require an account. Check each tool's page and actual output for its behavior and limitations.
Why these tools exist
Formatting data, checking JSON, comparing API fields, and organizing HTML are common development tasks. The site aims to make these steps easier to reproduce and inspect: load an example, edit the input, review the output, and decide whether to copy or download it. Validate converted output against your target system and business rules.
Local processing and network requests
JSON validation, JSON comparison, and HTML formatting run in the browser. Large JSON Viewer uses a browser Worker and can use the main thread when Workers are unavailable. These tools do not have an input-upload function configured in their processing paths.
Browser processing does not mean the whole website makes no network requests. Page resources, article APIs, Google Analytics, and AdSense can involve network requests. Hosting services and third-party scripts also affect data handling. Email feedback, browser extensions, and third-party links you open are outside the tools' local processing. Redact sensitive data and read the Privacy Policy.
Verification and maintenance
Maintenance uses reproducible input/output examples alongside the existing build, SEO, rendered regression, article quality, and client article-bundle checks. Passing checks covers the tested version and assertions; it does not establish coverage for every browser, arbitrary input, or production deployment.
Article responsibility and limitations
Articles are attributed to Tiny, the maintainer responsible for updates and corrections. The site does not claim independent technical review. Articles retain links to relevant specifications and references so readers can check them. A citation does not imply that its publisher reviewed or endorsed the site.
Published and content-update dates retain the recorded history. Correcting identity information does not represent a new technical review of every article. The tools and articles do not replace code review, security assessment, or validation against your target system.
