Privacy and data handling
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This policy applies to JSON Studio on tinystool.org. It explains how information is handled on the site, the role of third-party services, and choices available to you. It does not replace mandatory rights available under the laws that apply to you.
1. Tool input and local processing
Tool input such as JSON, SQL, XML, YAML, code, and text is normally processed by scripts in your browser. We have not configured these editors to intentionally send their contents to JSON Studio servers as part of a tool's function.
This does not cover material you choose to send by email, copy to a third-party site, or expose to browser extensions. Do not process passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other sensitive information in a public online tool.
2. Automatically collected visit data
When you visit the site, hosting, security, and logging systems may process technical information such as request time, IP address or a truncated form of it, browser and device details, request path, referrer, and error diagnostics. This information helps deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot, and understand service use.
3. Google Analytics
The site is configured with Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-B3Y6QCQ4VD) to understand traffic, page use, and device or browser trends. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process pseudonymous interaction data. Do not enter personally identifiable information into our tools or feedback.
- Purpose: understand performance, identify usability issues, and improve content
- Controls: clear or block cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools
- More information: review Google's privacy policy and Analytics documentation
4. Advertising and cookies
The site loads Google AdSense advertising scripts. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, limit frequency, measure performance, and—when your settings allow—personalize advertising. An i18n cookie may also retain language preference.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser and manage personalized ads in Google ad settings. Restricting cookies may affect saved language preferences, analytics, or advertising, but should not affect the editor's core local processing.
5. Sharing and third-party links
We do not sell content pasted into a tool. To operate the site, visit data may be processed under their own policies by hosting and security services, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. Article pages may also link to third-party sites; review their policies after you leave this site.
6. Retention, security, and children
Retention periods for logs, analytics, and cookies vary by service configuration and policy. We use reasonable measures to maintain site security, but no internet transmission or local device can be guaranteed completely secure. The site is not directed at children below the applicable minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the tools.
7. Your choices and contact
You can manage cookies, use browser privacy controls, stop using the site, or contact us with privacy questions. If you request information about processing related to direct email correspondence, send the request from the relevant address; we may need reasonable information to verify it.
Privacy FAQ
Is JSON I paste uploaded to JSON Studio?
Normal tools do not intentionally send editor content to JSON Studio for processing, but sensitive data should never be pasted into an online tool.
Why might I still see cookies or ads?
The site uses Google Analytics, AdSense, and language-preference mechanisms, which may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can manage them in browser and Google settings.
